  • I just placed an order, when will it arrive?
    We roast our coffees twice a week, with production scheduled for each Tuesday and Thursday. Orders placed by 11 p.m. Pacific Time on Monday will be fulfilled Tuesday. Orders placed by 11pm Pacific Time on Wednesday night will be fulfilled Thursday. Delivery times are dependent on our preferred carrier, USPS.
  • What shipping services to you use?
    We ship through the United States Postal Service. #teamUSPS
  • What’s the best way to keep coffee fresh?
    We suggest storing your coffee in an airtight container that doesn't allow sunlight in. Air and light are coffee's biggest enemies. We sell a great coffee canister from Fellow!
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    If changes need to be made to your order, reach out here and we'll get it worked out!
  • Will you grind my coffee?
    Yes! At checkout you may select your preferred grind.
  • What’s a coffee subscription?
    We send you 12oz, 2lbs, or 5lbs on a regular basis. You pick the right time frame that suits your needs on a 2, 4, 6, or 8 week renewal. Your card will be charged automatically.
  • Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
    Absolutely! Log in to your account on our website and adjust or pause your subscription at any time.
  • Is tax included?
    Tax is only included on equipment and merchandise. Coffee is not taxed.
  • Can I use my gift card purchased here at Cloud City Coffee + Cafe?
    Yes! Gift cards purchased from this website may be used at our cafe, Cloud City Coffee. Gift cards purchased at Cloud City Coffee may be used to buy coffee online from www.cloudcitycoffeeroasting.com. In order to use your gift card, you'll enter your card number into the discount code box during checkout.
